Our Process
Introductory Call
Proposal
After learning about your business objectives and vision, we will follow up with a proposal. If you approve, we can start the on-boarding process, and start the beginning phases of your project.
Project Scope
In this phase we will plan out project details to give you timeline estimates and what components will be needed to complete your project. This is our roadmap that will help see us through the finish line.
Design Phase
Now that we have the project scoped out, we can begin designing the wireframes and first drafts of what the final results will look like. We will send you the drafts for approval to continue with the project.
Development Phase
Once the design is approved, the development phase will begin. It’s here where you will begin to see your project come to life. You will be able to interact with the site, and send the prototype to stake-holders for early feedback.
Quality Assurance
All newly developed websites and applications need to go through a test phase to insure all components function as expected. We will run through a set of tests to verify your project is functioning properly and ready to launch.
Final Review
Your project is complete and has passed our tests. We will send you the final version for your review. You can send it to all stake-holders for final feedback and set your launch date.
Launch!
Congratulations! Your project is now live and ready for use. You now have a digital asset that your target audience can use and team can be proud of.
The Name. Where does it come from?
In Physics, there is this concept of the observable universe. With all of Earth’s telescopes and technologies, there is a limit to what can be seen, and that limit is set based on how far light can travel.
Light is what allows us to see. Light gives us vision to see what is in front of us. Without light, we cannot see past our own eyes. We can only imagine what is beyond the boundaries of light.
Curiosity always asks, what exists beyond what we can see? Imagination, innovation, and creativity are tools that can be used to go beyond what is currently known or what is seen.
Beyond Light Creations attempts to help others imagine and create beyond those boundaries.

Nice to meet you! I am a software engineer and tech consultant based out of Nashville, Tennessee.
My goal is to help entrepreneurs, businesses, and anyone looking to grow their business online. I created Beyond Light Creations not only to deliver design & development services, but I also want to serve as a tech advisor.
